We are a small team and we answer our own email. If you are weighing this up for a committee and want a straight answer to an awkward question, that is the sort of message we like.

The quickest way to reach us. Tell us your charity's name and what you are trying to work out, and we will come back to you.
One address for everything: questions about the product, data protection, security reports and billing. A person reads all of it.
Before you write
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. The trial costs nothing and takes no card, and you get the whole system rather than a cut-down version of it.
Will it suit our size of charity?
It is built for registered charities turning over under about half a million pounds, run by volunteer trustees with no finance department. If you are much bigger, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Can you move our spreadsheet across?
Usually. Send a copy of what you have and we will tell you what comes across cleanly and what will need typing.
