Pricing
Five pounds a month. That is the whole price list.
No tiers, no add-ons, no charge per trustee, and nothing held back from a charity for being a small one. Start free and pay when you are sure.
£5 a month
or £50 a year, which saves you £10
Billed to the charity, not to the person who set it up, so a trustee who stands down does not take the subscription with them. Monthly if your income arrives in dribs and drabs; annually if your committee would rather approve one line.
No card needed to start.
What is in it
All of it
Tiers were designed, and then thrown away. On a few thousand pounds a year, the difference between one tier and the next is smaller than the cost of a committee deciding between them.
And the parts a tiered product holds back are exactly the parts a tiny charity is most exposed on. Selling you a version without the safeguarding records is not a business worth having.

A price that makes a treasurer think twice is a price that keeps the minute book on paper.
The charities this is built for run on a few thousand pounds a year and a handful of volunteers. £50 goes through the accounts as one line, next to the insurance. It is meant to be an easy thing for a committee to say yes to.
Questions a treasurer asks
Is that really everything?
Yes. Every part of the system is in the one price: the meetings and minutes, the trustees and their DBS checks, the documents, the compliance records, the money, the forecast, the grants and the GDPR records. There is nothing to upgrade to.
How does the free trial work?
You get all of it, with nothing to pay and no card taken up front. If you decide against it, do nothing and you are never charged.
Monthly or annually?
Whichever suits your committee. £50 a year saves you £10 and goes through the accounts as a single line. £5 a month is easier if your income arrives unevenly.
Is the charity billed, or the treasurer?
The charity. The subscription belongs to the organisation rather than to the person who happened to set it up.
Is there a limit on trustees or users?
No. Charging by the head pushes a committee into sharing one sign-in, which is the opposite of what this is for.
What happens to our records if we stop paying?
They are still yours, and you can export them at any time. Nothing is deleted because a subscription lapsed.
We are not a registered charity. Can we still use it?
Yes, and plenty of the same paperwork applies to an unregistered group. It is written for registered charities, so a few words on the screens will not be yours.
Try it before you pay anything
